It is essential that we have access to quality healthcare in order to maintain our health and well-being. However, despite being a fundamental human right, millions of people around the world do not have access to quality healthcare. This is due, in part, to the high cost of healthcare.

Healthcare is expensive. In the United States, for example, the average out-of-pocket expenditure for healthcare is $2,095 per year. This amount can be prohibitive for many people, especially those who are already struggling financially. Healthcare expenses can also cause bankruptcy. In fact, between 2001 and 2016, more than 2 million Americans filed for bankruptcy due to medical expenses. Healthcare expenses are also one of the primary causes of personal bankruptcy in Canada https://www.zzz.sk/clanok/5161-vyzva-na-predkladanie-ziadosti-o-nenavratny-financny-prispevok-nfp-z-europskeho-fondu-regionalneho-rozvoja

Healthcare is expensive for several reasons. Healthcare providers have to pay employees, which can take up a large portion of their budget. Also, much research and development goes into finding new treatments or cures, which results in additional costs for patients. Moreover, healthcare facilities need to spend money on equipment and supplies that are necessary for patient care. Universal Healthcare is one solution to this problem. Universal Healthcare ensures that every citizen has access to free healthcare services by means of public policies such as employment guarantees and social safety nets (e.g., social security). Implementing Universal Healthcare would help reduce the financial burden of healthcare on individual citizens; however, there is still work thatneeds to be done in order to make this a reality

Healthcare is a fundamental human right. Every person should have access to quality healthcare regardless of their income or social status. Unfortunately, many people do not have access to quality healthcare due to the high cost of healthcare. This needs to change. We need to find ways to reduce the cost of healthcare so that everyone has access to the care they need. One solution is Universal Healthcare, which ensures that every citizen has access to free healthcare services. Implementing Universal Healthcare would help reduce the financial burden of healthcare on individual citizens, and it is something that we should strive for.
